We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with your website within the first 30 days of launch, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of your website going live
  • You must have participated in the design review process
  • The refund request must be submitted via email to our support team

Monthly Subscriptions

For ongoing monthly subscriptions:

  • You may cancel at any time without penalty
  • Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
  • The 30-day guarantee applies only to the first month of service

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain registration fees (non-refundable by registrars)
  • Third-party services or integrations you requested
  • Rush or expedited service fees
  • Services completed outside the standard package at your request

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your name, business name, and reason for the refund request
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
